At Everyday Strap, we aim to make delivery simple, fast and transparent.
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same working day or the next working day, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Options
Free UK Delivery
All orders qualify for free UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery Upgrade
Customers may choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While Royal Mail aims to meet the delivery times stated above, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Courier delays
- Adverse weather conditions
- Peak seasonal demand
- Industrial action
- Public holidays
Everyday Strap cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Tracking
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Everyday Strap cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and assist wherever possible.
