Returns & Refunds Policy

At EverydayStrap, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery

👉 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer free return shipping for change-of-mind returns.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days

  • We will refund the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge

If you selected an enhanced or express delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

Return postage costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide a description of the issue and, where possible, supporting photos

In these cases, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund

  • Cover reasonable return postage costs


5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation period

  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in line with this policy and place a new order.
