At EverydayStrap, we aim to make delivery simple, fast, and transparent. All of our products are stocked and shipped from the UK.

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed same day or next working day, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 1–3 working days

  • Express delivery (if offered): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any delivery charges shown at checkout are the final cost — there are no hidden fees.

Tracking is provided on all orders where available.

EverydayStrap is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
