At Everyday Strap, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Include any original packaging where possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning their item(s) to Everyday Strap unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Everyday Strap does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

The customer remains responsible for the returned item until it has been received by Everyday Strap. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Returning Your Item

Once your return request has been approved, returned items should be sent back within 30 days of receiving return instructions.

Returns that are not received within a reasonable timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will be issued for the returned item(s) only.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs

In these cases, Everyday Strap will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund

Reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned in a condition different from that in which they were supplied
  • Items returned without prior contact and approval
  • Items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.
